Hey, who doesn’t love a little a Madagascar, right?
I know what you’re thinking. “Shit, here’s the part where I have to start busting my arse with exercise.”
Wrong!
This isn’t the Biggest Loser. I don’t want you to ‘feel the burn‘ and workout so hard you need to puke. See, here’s the thing:
Your body hates change.
What that means is any amount of exercise that’s greater than what you currently do is hugely beneficial. I mean, I got started with a 5-minute walk. Couple that with some tiny tweaks to your eating habits and you’re on the right track.
If you’re anything like me the idea of exercise and getting fit is terrifying, but it doesn’t have to be.
